About me

Driving change by engaging hearts and minds

I was lucky to experience many different workplaces in multiple countries first hand, from little start-ups to well known international conglomerates. They all had one thing in common – change was super hard, and most employees seemed to hate it.

Having been involved in various transformation projects I felt disillusioned – why did my ostensibly very successful projects rarely have a lasting positive effect within the organisation? I realised that modern project management methods and leadership approaches were not enough.

Now I am combining my hands-on, excellence driven project management and leadership skills with what I love doing most: creating meaningful connections with people to help them and their organisations and teams to reach their (change) goals.

How can we work together?

Meeting

We’ll find a suitable time slot for a free consultation. We’ll meet either virtually via Teams or in person in Berlin. I’m taking all the time we need to understand you and your organisation’s change needs. Together we develop a shared idea of the best approach and define what success looks like.

Proposal

I’ll create a proposal tailored to your needs. This can range from a short gig, like a one-time facilitation or team coaching, to a longer-term change project. This proposal would likely include an analysis stage and an outline of potential modular steps. You’ll decide each step of the way how and to what extent to proceed.

Collaboration

If it’s a short gig, I’ll do the job as per our agreed proposal. For longer projects we’ll follow an iterative and flexible approach, bringing in additional experts as necessary, either from within your organisation or from my network. As a team we develop the appropriate approach and implement it hands-on.

Conclusion

We assess and review our collaboration. What worked out especially well? What obstacles did we face and what were their root causes? How would we alter our approach in the future?

Are you facilitating in person or do you prefer to work remotely?

I do both, and am happy to travel wherever you need me – also on a regular basis.

What languages do you speak?

I am a native German speaker. As I’ve lived 10 years in London my English is fluent – I offer all my services in English and German.

Can I book you as a project manager?

I do offer project management. I am happy to lead your change project, but strongly recommend that we find an internal person to lead the project eventually. I am happy to provide your employee with on the job project management training and leadership coaching, so you can rest assured that the project will continue on in good hands.
